Manchester United have reportedly been given the green light to make an offer for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old has been kept under the watchful eye of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season, before the United manager instead decided on a loan move for Odion Ighalo in the January transfer window.
However, Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has said that he will not stand in the way of any player who wants to leave the club come the summer.
Aulas also confirmed that Lyon had already been contacted regarding potential summer transfers, saying: "We already have a certain number of offers for our players for summer,
"We sell the players who want to leave to where they want to go."
Dembele has scored 13 goals in 23 Ligue 1 appearances this term for Rudi Garcia's side, but Lyon find themselves in ninth place despite the Frenchman's prolific goalscoring form.
