Manchester United's reported attempts to sign Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon are facing a potential hold up, with Fenerbahce interested in Marcos Rojo.
Rojo has been out of favour this season at Manchester United and is said to be interested in a move away.
According to the Daily Mirror, Rojo was supposed to be used as a makeweight in a £50m deal for Fernandes, but has now attracted interest from Fenerbahce.
The report adds that Rojo's wages could also present an issue if he were to join Sporting, while the Portuguese side would prefer for United midfielder Andreas Pereira to be included in the deal.
Fernandes is said to be keen on a move to United during this window, but no fee has yet been agreed.
The Portuguese international has managed eight goals and seven assists in 15 Primeira Liga appearances this season, as well as five goals and three assists in the Europa League.
