Marseille have been linked summer moves for Premier League duo Marouane Fellaini and Yaya Toure.
According to L'Equipe, the Ligue 1 club's sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has met with Fellaini's representatives to discuss bringing him to France when his Manchester United contract expires this summer.
The report, however, also states that the Belgian international's wage demands could scupper the move.
Previous reports suggest that United were keen to retain Fellaini's services but the midfielder has been strongly linked with the Old Trafford exit, with AC Milan also said to be on the hunt for him.
Meanwhile, Marseille are allegedly mulling over whether to offer Toure a contract following his exit from Manchester City at the end of the season.
