Ex-Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is reportedly still mulling over offers from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain as he ponders his next career move.

The France international's departure from the Red Devils as a free agent was confirmed earlier this week, bringing an end to his second Old Trafford stint after six years.

Pogba initially left Man United for the first time to sign for Juventus in 2012, and he made a name for himself in Italy with 34 goals and 40 assists in 178 appearances.

Juve won four Serie A titles and reached the Champions League final with Pogba in Massimiliano Allegri's side, and they are regarded as the favourites to bring Pogba back to Turin for 2022-23.

A recent report claimed that the Old Lady were confident about their chances of sealing Pogba's return on a three-year contract following the 29-year-old's exit from Man United.

However, The Telegraph claims that Pogba still has offers from Real Madrid and PSG on the table, and he is yet to come to a final decision over his future.

The report adds that Juventus are still at the head of the queue for the World Cup winner, although financial powerhouses PSG could offer a greater financial package.

The French champions welcomed Georginio Wijnaldum to the club from Liverpool last summer to bolster their midfield ranks, but the Dutchman has struggled to impose himself at the Parc des Princes.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid will seemingly welcome additions to the engine room in spite of Luka Modric's anticipated contract renewal, and the European champions are thought to be in talks with another PSG target in Aurelien Tchouameni.

Following his second exit from the 20-time English champions, Pogba paid tribute to the fans' "unconditional support" on social media.

"I feel privileged to have played for this club. Many beautiful moments and memories but most importantly an unconditional support from the fans. Thank you Manchester United," the midfielder wrote on Instagram.

Pogba leaves Man United having totalled 233 appearances for the club across his two spells, racking up 39 goals and 51 assists in the process.

The Frenchman helped the club win the Europa League and EFL Cup in the 2016-17 season under Jose Mourinho, but his final season at Old Trafford was cut short by a calf injury.

Pogba amassed one goal and nine assists in 27 appearances during 2021-22 and follows Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata, Lee Grant, Jesse Lingard and Edinson Cavani out of the exit door.
