Kalvin Phillips is reportedly likely to sign a new long-term contract with Leeds United in the near future.
The 25-year-old has established himself as one of the top midfielders in England by starring in Leeds' opening season back in the top flight and helping the Three Lions to the Euro 2020 final.
With less than two years remaining on his contract, it was suggested earlier this week that Manchester United would look to tempt the Leeds academy graduate into a move away from his boyhood club.
However, according to The Telegraph, Phillips is expected to commit his future to Leeds, rather than explore options elsewhere.
Speaking to journalist John Percy, his agent is said to have revealed that all parties want to agree to a contract extension in the near future.
Phillips has made a total of 218 appearances for Leeds in all competitions since making his senior debut in 2015. body check tags ::
