Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly at the head of the queue to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba on a free transfer this summer.
The France international's current deal with the Red Devils is due to expire at the end of June, meaning that he is able to negotiate with foreign clubs this month with the view to signing a pre-contract.
Real Madrid and Juventus have both been strongly linked with Pogba, who has not played for Man United since November due to a thigh problem that he picked up on international duty.
However, according to L'Equipe, PSG are in the strongest position to sign the World Cup winner on a free transfer ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
Pogba has failed to score in his 13 appearances at club level this season but has provided seven assists, with all seven coming in Man United's first four Premier League games of the campaign.
The 28-year-old is still believed to have a contract offer on the table from the 20-time English champions but is widely expected to leave Old Trafford on a free transfer for the second time in his career. body check tags ::
