Cody Gakpo will reportedly not be sold by PSV Eindhoven until the Champions League tie with Rangers is settled.
The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer, with Arsenal, Manchester United, Leeds United and Nottingham Forest all showing an interest.
Leeds have already submitted a bid, while a recent report indicated that Man United are set to make an approach for the striker.
However, the pursuing clubs will have to be patient, with the Daily Record reporting that PSV will not sanction a sale until their Champions League playoff round tie against Rangers is completed.
PSV booked a date with Rangers courtesy of an extra-time victory over Monaco in the third qualifying round, and they are keen to have their best players available for the tie.
Ruud van Nistelrooy's side with travel to Ibrox on August 16 before returning to the Philips Stadion for the second leg eight days later.
