Real Madrid 'eyeing summer move for Moussa Diaby'

Real Madrid identify Bayer Leverkusen attacker Moussa Diaby as a possible summer target, according to a report.
Sports Mole

Real Madrid could reportedly move for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Moussa Diaby this summer.

The 21-year-old was linked with both Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund last year but remained with Leverkusen and has been in impressive form this season, scoring nine times and registering 12 assists in 35 appearances.

According to AS, Madrid have been tracking the attacker's progress for some time and have now identified him as a possible signing during this summer's transfer window.

The report claims that Leverkusen are unlikely to be able to keep hold of the Frenchman, but the Bundesliga outfit could demand a transfer fee in excess of €40m (£34m).

Manchester United and Bayern Munich are also said to be admirers of the attacker, who still has more than four years left to run on his contract at BayArena.

Diaby has scored 17 times and registered 20 assists in 74 appearances for Die Werkself since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain in July 2019. body check tags ::
