Real Madrid have not ruled out letting Gareth Bale leave the club for free this summer, according to a report.
Bale's future at the Bernabeu has been a hot topic of discussion for a number of months following his collapsed move to Jiangsu Suning last July.
The Wales international is said to be willing to sit tight and see out the remaining two years of his contract, despite a lack of playing time under Zinedine Zidane.
However, Spanish outlet Marca suggests that Madrid may now waive any transfer fee for Bale in the hope of another club picking up his hefty wages.
That could be good news for Manchester United and his former club Tottenham Hotspur, with both teams being continually linked with the 30-year-old.
Bale has won 13 trophies during his near-seven years in the Spanish capital, including four Champions League crowns.
