Manchester United are reportedly willing to pay Jack Grealish £150,000 a week to tempt him into a move from Aston Villa.
The 24-year-old has been strongly touted as a target for United after starring in the Premier League for a struggling Villa side.
Grealish has seven goals and six assists in the top flight, while also chipping in with a couple of goals in the club's run to the EFL Cup final.
According to The Sun, senior officials at both clubs are working on personal terms ahead of a potential move and United are confident of landing the midfielder.
The Red Devils are said to have put forward a lucrative offer to ensure that they see off competition from rivals Manchester City for Grealish's signature, which includes a large weekly salary.
