Manchester United have entered the running to sign teenage Saint-Etienne centre-back William Saliba, according to a report.
Saliba only turned 18 this week but he has already attracted interest from a number of European clubs, driving his valuation beyond the £25m mark.
The France Under-19s international has made 13 appearances for Saint-Etienne this season, including seven starts in Ligue 1.
Le 10 Sport suggests that United have been impressed by the youngster's displays and are at the front of the queue to sign him.
The Red Devils reportedly plan to start talks with the youngster in the coming weeks once given permission by Saint-Etienne.
Barcelona's Samuel Umtiti is also believed to be on United's list of defensive targets.
