Sami Khedira will snub Premier League interest and sign for Juventus, according to club director Beppe Marotta.
The Real Madrid midfielder is available on a free transfer after stating his desire to leave the Spanish outfit, for whom he has rarely featured this season.
Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with the German international, but the 28-year-old has supposedly chosen to join Italian champions Juventus.
The Daily Star quotes Marotta as saying: "We are very close to Khedira and will announce it officially when pen is put to paper. We moved swiftly and tenaciously because he has everything we were looking for.
"It is a winning group and we took the opportunity to further raise the quality level."
Khedira has won the Champions League, La Liga and the Cope del Rey twice since joining Real in 2010.
