Manchester United have allegedly received a blow in their efforts to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Despite having over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, there has been frequent speculation regarding a switch to another club next summer.
While the England international will not be short of offers should he leave the Westfalenstadion, it appears that the 19-year-old has his preferences.
According to The Times, Sancho's first-choice destination is Spain, with Real Madrid and Barcelona both said to be monitoring the situation.
United are keen to bring the former Manchester City youngster back to England, although it appears that the North-West giants are outsiders in the race for his signature.
On Wednesday night, Dortmund boss Lucien Favre left Sancho out of his starting lineup for the game with Barcelona, claiming that the attacker was 'not completely focused'.
