Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has affirmed that Paul Pogba is happy at the club amid uncertainty surrounding the Frenchman's future.
Pogba is yet to extend his Old Trafford stay beyond 2022 and continues to be linked with a move to Real Madrid as a free agent at the end of the season.
However, the ex-Juventus man recently affirmed that he was enjoying life in Manchester as he runs down his United deal, and Solskjaer has now echoed Pogba's words.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Solskjaer said: "Talks between Paul and the club I can't comment. But of course if Paul is happy here; that's great because then we get the best football from Paul. That is every single player here, we need everyone to be giving everything they have.
"You see the reaction from everyone after the game. Paul's first pump as you said. When we block, when we save some chances everyone's giving what they can for the team. Paul is one of them as well I have to praise him for that."
Pogba boasts seven assists from 11 games in all tournaments this term but has now gone seven matches without a goal contribution. body check tags ::
