Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly leading the race to sign Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
The Slovakia international has established a reputation as one of Europe's leading centre-backs over the past couple of seasons, but Skriniar only started one of Inter's last four Serie A games in the most recent campaign.
Skriniar has been linked with moves to both Manchester City and Manchester United as of late, but the two arch-rivals have reportedly been joined by Spurs in the race to sign the highly-rated defender.
According to Tuttosport, Tottenham could look to use Inter's supposed interest in Tanguy Ndombele to their advantage in negotiations, and a swap deal could be on the cards as Jose Mourinho looks to secure Skriniar's signature ahead of next season.
However, the report claims that Skriniar's future at Inter is heavily dependent on the manager situation at the San Siro, and I Nerazzurri will be reluctant to sell the 25-year-old if Antonio Conte departs.
Skriniar has just under three years left to run on his current deal with Inter.
