Valencia have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Shinji Kagawa by Manchester United.
The Japanese international fell out of favour at Old Trafford under David Moyes's management last season and new boss Louis van Gaal has also hinted that the playmaker is not a part of his plans.
The likes of Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid have been linked with the 25-year-old, but United have made him available to La Liga outfit Valencia, according to speculation in Spain.
It is believed that United would prefer to sell Kagawa, but they would be open to the prospect of a loan deal, providing that his wages were paid in full by the club that he joined.
