Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has refused to rule out the possibility of Paul Pogba joining the club from Manchester United in the future.
The Spanish champions are understood to be monitoring Pogba's situation at Old Trafford, where he has become embroiled in an increasingly bitter rift with manager Jose Mourinho.
The World Cup winner is thought to be keen on a move to Camp Nou, with some reports suggesting that Barcelona could make an approach as early as January, but Valverde was coy on the rumours when questioned ahead of his side's Champions League showdown with Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night.
"We don't know what will happen in the future. We respect players who are at other clubs so we don't talk about them," Valverde told reporters.
United are reportedly holding out for a £200m bid for Pogba, whereas Barca value the France international at closer to £100m.
