West Ham United have reportedly set a £60m asking price for Marko Arnautovic in an attempt to ward off interest from Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho is understood to have identified Arnautovic as a possible surprise transfer target this summer, and the United boss was in attendance for Austria's friendly win over World Cup hosts Russia last week.
However, the Hammers are reluctant to lose their star player, and The Mirror reports that they have told United it will take a bid of at least £60m to prise him away from the London Stadium.
Arnautovic scored 11 goals in 22 appearances for West Ham between December and May last season and is seen by Mourinho as a potential option to play either on the wing or through the middle.
The 29-year-old admitted that he was 'honoured' to have been linked with United, having previously worked with Mourinho for a brief spell at Inter Milan.
