Manchester United defender Scott Wootton has had his loan spell at Peterborough United cut short by injury.
The 21-year-old, who spent a period with the Championship outfit last season, returned to the club in January, but a hamstring injury is likely to keep him out of action for six weeks.
"It's a blow for Scott and a blow for the team. But we have him on loan until the end of the season so he could still come back," Posh boss Darren Ferguson told reporters.
Peterborough currently occupy 24th spot in the Championship table.
