Victor Lindelof has admitted that he is "still mad" at Manchester United teammate Harry Maguire for helping England knock his Sweden side out of the 2018 World Cup.
Maguire, who still played for Leicester City at the time, was on the scoresheet as England won the quarter-final 2-0, sealing their place in the last four for the first time since 1990.
The centre-back's performances for England helped to earn him a world-record move to Old Trafford one year later, and Lindelof admits that he is relieved to now be Maguire's teammate rather than opponent.
"I'm still a bit mad at him [Maguire] for that," Lindelof told Inside United.
"But I thought he was a great player back then and it's great to have him on my team."
Maguire and Lindelof have established themselves as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first-choice centre-back pairing this season.
