Marseille midfielder Benoit Cheyrou has urged his teammates to remain focused on finishing in the top three in Ligue 1 this season.
Elie Baup's side are currently third in the league table with 51 points from 29 matches, seven points behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
"We're hanging on to third place, and even second is possible," Cheyrou told Canal+. "Teams like Saint-Etienne, Nice and Lille are coming back at us quickly.
"We're enjoying the benefits of our start to the season when no-one expected us to do well, and we took advantage of the element of surprise. We got more respect after that, but we're now in the final straight and we don't want to spoil everything.
"We all want to get back into the Champions League. We're trying to make up for last season, and we're going to do all we can to end the campaign well using our qualities and our courage."
Saint-Etienne are two points behind Marseille in fourth, while Nice are a further point back in fifth place.
