Montpellier HSC striker Jonathan Tinhan has admitted that his first goal for the club last week has given him new-found confidence.
The 22-year-old scored a late equaliser during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Dijon, and he has revealed his "joy" at his first strike.
"I really felt great joy, especially since this is my first goal for Montpellier and first in Ligue 1. It took some time to achieve. When I saw all my teammates coming towards me, I really understood. It was a great moment," Tinhan told www.mhscfoot.com.
Montpellier sit second in Ligue 1, a point behind Paris Saint-Germain.
