Newly-promoted Angers have registered a shock victory away to Montpellier HSC in their Ligue 1 opener.
Goals from Abdoul Camara and Gilles Sunu were enough for the visitors to win on their top-flight return.
SCO were ahead inside four minutes as Camara steered Thomas Mangani's cross into the bottom right corner of Geoffrey Jourdren's net.
Jonas Martin tried to get HSC back on level terms soon after, but his effort was saved by Ludovic Butelle.
Anthony Mounier also saw his shot saved before half time, but Montpellier were unable to break through and the hosts then fell further behind late on.
Angers' second goal came as Sunu rifled the ball into the top corner of Jourdren's goal as the newly-promoted side scented a win.
Kevin Berigaud rattled the woodwork with five minutes left, but Angers were able to hold on for a surprise victory.
