Dynamo Kiev have signed Morocco international winger Younes Belhanda from Montpellier HSC.
The length of Belhanda's contract at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex has not been publicly disclosed and neither club has revealed the amount of the transfer fee involved.
Belhanda, who will wear the number 90 on the back of his shirt next season, had been the subject of reported interest from Arsenal and Aston Villa in recent months.
He scored 12 goals in 36 club appearances last term.
