Morecambe manager Jim Bentley has said that he is determined to oversee the club's continued progress on and off the pitch.
Bentley and his assistant Ken McKenna have signed new two-year deals at the North-West club, and the former defender insists that he has enjoyed his first two years in the job.
The 37-year-old told Sky Sports News: "I have been at Morecambe for more than 10 years and it is a place that is close to my heart.
"I have enjoyed my last two years in management and I feel that we are progressing both on and off the pitch.
"Kenny and myself are working really hard and no-one could be more determined to make this a success than the pair of us."
Morecambe are currently in sixth position in the League Two table.
