Motherwell have registered a 2-0 win over Ross County in the Scottish Premier League thanks to two first-half goals.
The home side took an early lead after Chris Humphrey picked out James McFadden, setting the striker up for a tap-in from close range.
Richard Brittain tried to level the scores with a 35-yard strike in the 15th minute, but his effort was well wide.
Motherwell doubled their advantage just before the referee blew the half-time whistle, as Humphrey smashed the ball into the bottom corner of the net.
McFadden had a chance to grab his second early in the second half, but the Scot's effort from just outside the box failed to find the target before he sent a header high.
Although the visitors had a good amount of possession in the second half, they failed to threaten the Motherwell goal, with Darren Randolph not having to make a save all game.
