Nantes and Ajaccio have drawn 2-2 in Ligue 1, which has kept the away side rooted to the bottom of the table.
The away side started the game brightly and inside five minutes had a deserved lead. Mehdi Mostefa met a Benjamin Andre cross to head low past Remy Riou in the home goal.
Nantes responded straight away and were back level just three minutes later, with Serge Gakpe firing in from an Issa Cissokho cross.
The hosts were suddenly on top of the game and could have gone ahead through Koffi Djidji. His low effort, however, was well stopped by Ajaccio goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa.
Filip Djordjevic had the next big chance for the home side, but having met Jordan Veretout's free kick he could only plant his header wide when well placed.
The Nantes striker continued to be the most dangerous player on the pitch, but on two occasions in the second half he missed with efforts from inside the box.
Djordjevic finally did find the net with less than 15 minutes remaining when he finished from close range following a Veretout pass, but it was not to be the winner as Ajaccio snatched a point late on through Sigamary Diarra.
