Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has revealed that he is delighted with the business he managed to do in the January transfer window.
Napoli brought in centre-back Rolando on deadline day and Mazzarri said that he now feels the club can compete on all fronts.
"I'm happier with what we've been able to do in the transfer window than I have been other times," Gazzetta dello Sport quotes Mazzarri as saying. "As I said to the president, the club has tried to give me what I wanted because we've done superbly so far.
"We needed people on the bench who are tried and tested because we want to do well in the Europa League too and we'll need to rotate or risk dropping points in the league.
"I wanted as many 'first choices' as possible so that's how we went about our business in the transfer market."
Napoli are currently second in Serie A.
