NEC Nijmegen have moved level on points with fifth-placed Vitesse after they came from two goals down to draw with PEC Zwolle.
The Bluefingers took the lead when Stefan Nijland teed up Australian international Trent Sainsbury to score past keeper Marco van Duin.
With half time approaching, PEC looked to be in total control after Lars Veldwijk netted a second for the visitors.
However, NEC showed greater intensity after the interval and pulled a goal back through Guinea Bissau forward Janio Bikel.
Just after the hour mark, Nijmegen then drew level after Limbombe turned home Lucas Woudenberg's cross.
Veldwijk almost snatched victory for Zwolle late on when he prodded the ball past Van Duin, but saw his effort come back off the post as the away side were forced to settle for a point.
