The Royal Dutch Football Association has announced that Guus Hiddink will no longer be Netherlands manager as of July 1.
Hiddink was appointed to the post in August 2014 following Louis van Gaal's switch to Manchester United.
However, the Oranje currently find themselves third in their Euro 2016 qualifying group, behind Iceland and the Czech Republic.
KNVB director Bert van Oostveen said in a press release: "I regret this development, but the results of Guus's work were not immediately visible for everyone. We thank Guus for his efforts."
Danny Blind, the Netherlands' current assistant manager, has reportedly been handed the national team's reins.
