Netherlands winger Arjen Robben has written off Argentina's chances of lifting the World Cup ahead of this Sunday's final against Germany.
Despite failing to lead his side past Argentina, who recorded victory on penalties in Wednesday's semi-final, Robben believes that Germany will prove to be too strong for Alejandro Sabella's men at the Maracana.
Brazil were powerless to prevent Germany from cruising to a 7-1 success in Belo Horizonte on Tuesday, and Joachim Low's team head to Rio as favourites to win their fourth title.
"Germany's going to win the World Cup. No doubt about that. The Argentines will not stand a chance," the 30-year-old told Kicker.
Robben and his Dutch teammates will meet Brazil in the third-place playoff on Saturday.
