Newcastle's Jonas Gutierrez has refused to rule out leaving St James's Park before the end of his contract.
The 28-year-old said that he is happy at the club at the moment, but admitted that he could be tempted by an opportunity to play elsewhere following reports of interest from Italy and Spain.
"I always say you never close the door," The Sun quotes Gutierrez as saying. "You can never say never. An opportunity might come along that's good for you and good for the club.
"All I can say is that I'm happy here and just focusing on this season.
"We don't care about the players who've left. They left for different reasons. We're happy for them because we know how football works, but we have to think of the players who have stayed. They are more important."
The Argentinian, who joined Newcastle from Spanish side Mallorca in 2008, has made over 100 appearances for the club.
