Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul has said that today's 2-1 win away at Cardiff City was "massive".
Loic Remy's first-half brace put the Magpies 2-0 up at the break, and although Peter Odemwingie pulled a goal back for Cardiff in the second period, Krul's side held on to secure their first victory in three games.
"It was a massive win," Krul told BBC Sport. "All week we have had pressure on us but we came out fighting and got three massive points.
"We've had to stick together because we've made some individual mistakes recently, but we've not been playing that badly.
"They put us under pressure but we defended well and created a lot of chances."
The win moves Newcastle up to 10th place in the Premier League table.
