Newcastle United defender Chancel Mbemba has revealed that his side are looking to capitalise on Bournemouth's injury problems in their match at Dean Court.
The Cherries have seen Max Gradel, Tyrone Mings and Callum Wilson ruled out for the majority of the season due to cruciate ligament injuries, while captain Tommy Elphick has also been sidelined for two months.
Mbemba has insisted that Newcastle cannot be sorry for Eddie Howe's men as they have to secure the three points for their own survival in the Premier League.
He told the club's official website: "I know the team a little bit. I know one of their players - Max Gradel - but he is injured at the moment. Bournemouth have got quite a few players injured now.
"But we are going there with only one thing on our mind, and that is to win. We want to get three points to get ourselves out of the relegation area.
"I am not going down there to lose, the team isn't going down there to lose - we are making this trip to win. We will hopefully get the three points which would be a nice way to sign off before the international break."
Newcastle are 18th in the Premier League ahead of their match against the Cherries.
