Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has told Newcastle United that they should sign Loic Remy soon, or risk losing his services.
The French international is in the middle of a season-long loan deal at St James' Park from QPR, who signed him from Marseille last January for £8m.
The Magpies are yet to make a bid to recruit the 27-year-old on a permanent basis and Redknapp has warned them that other clubs will make a move.
"I don't know what the deal is. You'd think they'd want to snap him up, wouldn't you? If they don't then someone else will," the London Evening Standard quotes the QPR boss as saying.
"For what we got him for, he's probably worth double that now. He's scored goals in the Premier League again this year."
Remy has scored 10 goals in 19 outings this term.
