Five FC Porto players are to be charged by the Portuguese Public Prosecutor for an alleged assault on two security guards.
Brazilian striker Hulk, along with teammates Helton, Jorge Fucile, Cristian Rodriguez and Cristian Sapunaru have been accused of brawling with Sandro Correia and Ricardo Silva in the tunnel at Benfica's Estadio da Luz in December 2009.
It is alleged that the five players "acted deliberately and consciously", with the intent to cause physical damage to the two guards after the game.
Sapunaru, a Romanian international, is facing up to five years in jail on two assault charges, while the other four players could be sentenced to three years.
After reviewing CCTV footage, the Portuguese FA handed Hulk and Sapunaru bans of four and six months respectively for the incident.
The match in question ended in a 1-0 victory to Benfica.
