The takeover of Plymouth Argyle has been completed after businessman James Brent agreed to buy the club, meaning that the Pilgrims come out of administration
Brent's Akkeron Group came to the agreement with administrators on Friday morning.
"I am delighted that this morning we have agreed a deal that will see Plymouth Argyle Football Club coming out of administration," administrator Brendan Guilfoyle said.
"We have been assured that Akkeron will complete the purchase today."
Brent's group have agreed a deal to sell Home Park to Plymouth City Council to help fund their takeover of the club.
Carl Fletcher's side currently sit of bottom of League Two, four points behind Barnet in 23rd.
