Indian Super League champions ATK have sacked Teddy Sheringham from his position as manager.
The former Manchester United and England forward was dismissed by the club after winning just three of his 10 games in charge, reports Sky Sports News.
Bengaluru boss Ashley Westwood, who had stints at numerous English clubs including Crewe Alexandra, Bradford City and Portsmouth during his playing career, has been named as Sheringham's successor at ATK.
"ATK team management would like to thank Teddy Sheringham for his services towards ISL Season 4," said the club in a statement.
"We wish him all the very best for his future endeavours. Ashley Westwood will be the interim head coach."
Sheringham, who previously managed Stevenage, lost his final game in charge of ATK, going down 3-0 away to FC Pune City.
