Two clubs have been relegated from Greece's top league after alleged match-fixing.
Volos and Kavala, whose chairmen have been arrested, were also fined €302,774 (£264,969) each.
A further 60 people are under investigation, ten of whom are in police custody.
UEFA president Michel Platini has promised to send officials to Athens to help clean up corruption in the sport.
Last month, the Greek FA suspended operations for two weeks while the Turkish FA have postponed the start of their season to deal with a similar problem.
A further case is also unfolding in Italy, where Serie A teams Atalanta and Chievo Verona are being investigated.
