York City have been promoted to the Football League following their 2-1 victory over Luton Town at Wembley this afternoon.
It was Luton who took the lead with just two minutes on the clock courtesy of Andre Gray.
However, Ashley Chambers drew York level before the break and Matty Blair struck two minutes after the restart to secure promotion for the Minster Men.
Promotion has brought an end to York's eight-year stint in the Conference.
