Norwich City manager Neil Adams has said that his side must be more clinical after they played out a frustrating 1-1 draw with Rotherham United on Saturday.
The Canaries wasted a number of good chances before Paul Green's first-half penalty gave Rotherham the lead.
Cameron Jerome eventually equalised for the hosts as their winless home run extended to four games.
Adams told reporters: "I don't know how we've not won it. We said the same thing on Tuesday [loss to Charlton Athletic] and that's the most frustrating thing.
"First half performances need to improve and we'll look at that. We need to be more clinical to get that first goal."
Norwich are currently top of the Championship table.
