Chris Hughton has insisted that the threat of being sacked is not distracting him ahead of Norwich City's Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
The Canaries' chief executive David McNally has indicated that the club could change their manager if results do not improve.
However, Hughton told Sky Sports News: "I work in an industry that is about momentum, getting results, getting the best out of the players at your disposal.
"My job on a daily basis is hectic with numerous things you have to make decisions on. That dominates my thoughts, not anything outside that.
"There is so much to management you have to give your 100% concentration and focus and anything outside of that objective will not deter me. I feel those within the management game would welcome more consistency, but my concern is what happens at Norwich City."
Norwich have won just once in their last 11 top flight matches, leaving them 16th in the table.
