Defender Joseph Yobo has admitted that he was delighted to be offered the opportunity to return to England with Norwich City.
Yobo has joined Norwich from Fenerbahce on loan until the end of the season, and the former Everton defender is grateful to have been given the chance to play regular first-team football.
The 33-year-old told BBC Sport: "This is a league that I understand and I hope to give my best to Norwich. There were several options but Norwich clearly made their intentions known from the beginning.
"Fenerbahce understand how important it is for me to play regular football and I'm grateful that they sanctioned this move.
"It's a very important decision and I'm happy with the opportunity to return to England."
The Nigerian international has seen himself fall out of favour in Turkey because of the introduction of foreign player restrictions.
