Norwich City and Watford have both reportedly submitted bids for Palermo midfielder Oscar Hiljemark.
The Swede has featured on a regular basis in Serie A this season, scoring four goals from his 21 appearances.
As a result, the Premier League duo have had their offers rejected, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report adds that the Eagles have no intention of parting with Hiljemark this month.
Hiljemark only arrived at the Stadio Renzo Barbera from PSV Eindhoven last summer.
