Norwich City have confirmed that Michael Turner has signed a new contract with the club.
Under the terms of the fresh deal, the centre-back has committed himself to Carrow Road until the summer of 2016, with the option to extend that by a further 12 months.
"Michael has been outstanding since I came into the job. That includes last season as well. He's carried on the form he showed in those final few games into pre-season and then the start of this season," manager Neil Adams told the club's official website.
"He fully deserves his new contract and we're absolutely delighted that he's signed on the dotted line."
The 30-year-old joined the Canaries from Sunderland back in 2012.
