Nottingham Forest midfielder Radoslaw Majewski has committed his future to the club until 2016.
The three-and-a-half-year contract is subject to the 26-year-old completing a medical at The City Ground but chairman Fawaz Al-Hasawi has revealed that he is delighted that Majewski has opted to remain in the East Midlands.
Forest chairman Fawaz Al-Hasawi told the club's official website: "I'm delighted that Radi has decided that his long-term future is with us at The City Ground.
"It proves that players want to be a part of what we are trying to achieve for the club."
Majewski has scored eight goals in 68 Championship matches for Forest.
