Nottingham Forest came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw in their pre-season friendly with Doncaster Rovers this evening.
Doncaster thought that they had broken the deadlock in the 10th minute when Curtis Main found the back of the net, but his effort was ruled out for offside.
However, the striker did manage to give his side the lead five minutes later when he fired home from inside the six-yard box, after the visitors failed to clear Harry Forrester's free kick.
Forest pressed for a quick equaliser and Paul Taylor threatened with two efforts that went narrowly wide of the post.
The Reds were back on level terms in the 33rd minute when Chris Burke curled a strike into the top corner.
They almost managed to add a second goal just before half time, but Dexter Blackstock's header was cleared off the line.
Jamie Paterson came closest to winning the match in the second half with an effort that was kept out by Thorsten Stuckmann, but there was to be no more goals as the game finished all square.
