Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has revealed that he is considering looking into the loan market as the club target a late surge towards the playoffs.
Davies has guided his side to four wins and one draw since taking charge of the club last month, but he has admitted that the squad need "freshness".
"We'll certainly sit down and look at that option because we can now see there's a freshness which would help the squad," he told Sky Sports News.
"I don't think there's too many midweek games left which is also good and we're currently on the end of a very hard season. These boys have done great to keep working away.
"We'll certainly look at the loan market, I think we have to look at it and see what's there. The chairman has said that's an option for us if we want to use it."
Forest currently sit seventh in the Championship table.
