Dan Harding has left Southampton to join Nottingham Forest on a three-year deal.
The 28-year-old has moved to the City Ground for an undisclosed fee, and despite moving to a Championship club, he believes his new side has big ambitions for the future.
Harding told the club's official website: "It was a big decision for me to leave, but I feel it's going to be really good for me.
"There aren't many clubs that I would of left Southampton for. But Forest is a club going places and I am really pleased."
Harding made 121 appearances for Southampton since joining them in 2009.
