Nottingham Forest have announced that Sunderland midfielder David Vaughan has joined the club on loan.
The Championship outfit have confirmed that they will have the services of the 30-year-old until January 29.
The Wales international has only made two Premier League starts this season for the Black Cats, who sit second from bottom in the table.
Vaughan has been a Sunderland player since 2011.
